I bought the flat from Rajkham Builders in Pallikaranai. The flat was completed on scheduled time and experience with the builders was very pleasant. I am very happy in buying a flat from Rajkham Builders at Pallikaranai. Right from the day I visited, I have been very pleasantly treated till the completion & handover. There has been absolute transparency at all stages they have kept me informed of the progress.
To say the fact, the very first thing I noted was the hospitality of the sales point of contact, they were not making us to take a quick decision and left up to us to decide upon the selection of project. Then on finalizing the house the way they gave the scheduled for the payment and the periodical updates for the progress of the house was really good. The proper documentation on the changes we said and the same implemented, definitely makes then a nice player in this industry which I would say a rare one in present time.
